Help & support
A little help to keep your journey moving.
Purchased Pro, but access is locked?
Connect to the internet and choose Restore purchases in Settings. Use the same Apple or Google Play account that made the purchase. If payment is pending, allow the store to finish it. Avoid buying a second subscription to fix a restore problem.
For help, include your device model, app version, store used, error message, and purchase support ID if available. Never send passwords, full card details, or private journal exports. You do not need to create an app account.
Cancel, manage, or request a refund
Choose Manage subscription in Settings, or use the Apple and Google links below. Cancel before the store's renewal deadline. Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel billing. Lifetime has no recurring charge, but does not cancel an earlier subscription. Use your store's refund process for refund requests.
Keep your writing safe
Journals stay on this device. There is no cloud recovery or cross-device sync. Export my journal in Settings creates a readable backup file; Import journal backup restores valid entries without replacing entries already present. Keep the file somewhere private. Restore purchases recovers access, not writing.
If you see a storage error, avoid uninstalling or clearing data while troubleshooting. Existing reflections remain available after membership ends. The encryption key is stored locally with the journal; use your device passcode to protect access.
Delete data or request a copy
Settings → Delete my local data removes your local quiz, profile, entries, encryption key, and named temporary share/export files. Copies you saved in other apps remain there. For purchase or support records held outside your device, contact support with a privacy request. Local deletion does not cancel subscriptions or remove store records.
Sharing, accessibility, and feedback
Choose Share on a result or prompt, then select a destination. Installed apps determine what appears in the native share sheet. You may need to save a card and upload it to TikTok or Instagram. Review the content and audience before posting; your written journal is not automatically included.
For a bug or accessibility issue, send the steps, expected result, actual result, device, and app version. Redact private writing from screenshots. We welcome reports about screen readers, text size, contrast, and navigation. Support is not a crisis service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
